Food is ok but the service ruined everything I had to order dishes several times because every waiter and waitress doesn't hear (for some reason) When we ordered a place, we asked that there be a place for a cart next to the table, and not only was there not when we arrived, they said there was no other place to seat us so either you sit and all the waiters collide with your cart and endanger your baby with hot dishes that could fall on him, or you leave. And to finish, I wanted a long double espresso, I don't know why but they didn't get a double, when I said it wasn't a double and asked for a new one, they just passed me the espresso from cup to cup. I gave 2 stars only because of the food, everything else really was atrocious. Shame on you for treating people this way! Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₪200+

Raffaello in Ein Shemer offers delicious Italian cuisine with excellent service. The waiter was attentive, responsive, and ensured every request was promptly addressed. The attention to detail, like replacing cutlery between courses, adds a special touch. The food was both tasty and beautifully presented. We'll definitely return!
