We remind …Hi Dimitri, we are very sorry that our return policies were not to your satisfaction. When you find a faulty or presumed faulty bottle, the rules for returns are clear and fully explained in the appropriate section on our website. We remind you that knowing the rules on returns before making the purchase is always recommended. Furthermore, the same policies are aligned with all other online sales sites as well as physical wine shops. You will understand that it is not possible for us to make a return on word of mouth, even with all good faith. As regards high prices, just take a look around the web to see that this is not the case. In our quest for transparency we always ask the producers themselves to indicate the final selling price, perhaps some sites do not follow the winemakers' indications, we we prefer to always follow them. As regards the not always good wines, however, we always taste every wine you find for sale on the site and we only offer those that respect certain ethical, productive and ultimately qualitative standards, unfortunately we cannot always guarantee the good keeping of each particular stock of bottles , if you find wines that are not perfect or even defective (sometimes it happens, for every type of wine) we refer the customer to our returns policy mentioned above. We hope to have explained all the issues as best as possible, but if you still have doubts, don't hesitate to contact us because despite the "terrible customer service", we always respond :).
