Screaming kids free to wander around the tables, open refrigerators reserved for food without any supervision and facilitated by the staff. At times we believed that it was the restaurant's custom that the kids had to sit at our table. When I told the waiter about the excessive shouting, he responded with a laugh and an "ehh okay". The manager is reminded that this is a public place and that customers must use the service offered in peace, tranquility and serenity, not having to dine without even being able to exchange a word due to the screams of the children at the nearby table and their lack of politeness, excessive proximity to other patrons. Parents learned to be parents, but the manager learned to manage a public place. To be avoided in any way if you don't want to dine in a nursery with parents, but unfortunately, even worse, managers who do not intervene to protect customers.
