The food is excellent, arrived on time and was delicious. The problems started when we wanted to redeem benefits on the account and due to a misunderstanding it was not possible to redeem one of the benefits, when the manager arrived, instead of solving the problem, he just started getting angry and shouting that we have a problem that we didn't read the regulations, etc., etc. This put us in an unpleasant situation and when we realized that there was no solution We said we would leave without paying the difference, he threatened to call security!! Nothing less and nothing more!! After that we read the regulations and saw that we were right and not the manager, when we called him again to clarify his mistake he kept shouting: "I don't work for you".. Just a horror of a manager, score 0 in relation to customers!! I must mention that afterwards a guy named Kobi came who solved the problem on the better side!! We don't intend to come back again...
