Again we sampled the cafe Thursday morning. Again a deep disappointment. Let's start with the worst service. I went to get glasses of water myself, I wanted them to transfer the glass of orange juice from a heavy glass to a plastic cup for my elderly mother, since no waiter approached, or was around, I had to get up and go to the counter and ask for it myself. Even a waiter who constantly calls you "friend" seems ridiculous to me. It was along the lines of This "So why would you like to invite a friend, then everything is fine, friend, I'll bring you a friend account"...come on, first serve properly and then read I have a girlfriend. The breakfast is poor, not worth 77 NIS, to the credit of the bread which was delicious. Salad with Gouda cheese and apples, poor in taste, not seasoned enough, disappointment. Apples were barely visible, lettuce in quantities, without the evil eye. The truth is, with such a bad service, everything else is already bad... not to mention the very long wait of over half an hour for the items to come out. And it's still Thursday morning... One good word - excellent coffee! It's a shame that the owner chooses to lie with a determined face and point out that I was buttered, this never happened. Instead of trying to improve all the deficiencies, he chooses to attack and insult. Unfortunately, this is the only place in Ramat Affil...so we made the mistake of visiting it several times. It's a shame that they don't know how to accept criticism, apologize and try to improve. I didn't scold the barista and just pointed out that I have to do the operations myself, because there is no service. Another lie told for the sake of an unsuccessful argument. A very difficult problem is that they don't know how to take responsibility for their actions and admit their mistakes and choose to react incorrectly. It's even sad! If you were to read the menu, the salad you ordered consists of lettuce, green apples, beets in terms of fruit and vegetable ingredients, then I would recommend reading the menu carefully next time. As far as the food is concerned, I am the one who prepared the order for you and looking from the cameras, we were exactly 16 minutes while the restaurant was full.
