Excellent restaurant with fantastic service. The atmosphere in the interior has its own kind of cosiness. The small selection of dishes is an indicator of freshness that you could also taste. Perfectly staged scallops to start the evening are over The original Wiener Schnitzel consoled us, as did the great potato salad as a side dish. We really enjoyed the evening. An evening at Schumann's: Good food, but the spark doesn't fly. When it came to service, we felt like she didn't know what she was selling and was generally quite cursory and inattentive. We would have liked more expertise in the area of wine, sometimes we sat in front of an empty glass for too long (it worked better towards the end, when there were fewer guests) and, in retrospect, we would like to know which cheese we had eaten. The food tastes good, but the main course could use larger portions. Overall, the restaurant is comfortably furnished, but more attention should be paid to the sanitary facilities.
