The service is awful. The food is OK at most. The delivery time is OFTEN over 2 hours and when you call them to ask about your food, they dismiss any complaints saying the order is being prepared. If you call them again, they will get clearly annoyed and, on top of doing nothing to speed up your order, they will be VERY rude and start getting all defensive making up excuses. Even if they tell you the driver is on his way, be ready for a LONG wait (NOT ONLY during the weekend... even on Thursdays). Great for picking up Indian/Nepali food. The food is of good quality and nice large portions. It can be busy ordering on weekends. Take into account a waiting time of approximately 20 minutes. Otherwise, the atmosphere in the restaurant is plain and simple. Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2

We order the Butter Chicken and Saag Paneer like every week or so, because It's absolutely amazing. But this evening, it was even better than ever! Thank you New Delhi Tandoori to never dissapoint us!
