My experience, at Cafe Uziela was not what I expected; I was looking forward to a satisfying meal and excellent service. Ended up feeling quite let down soon as I stepped through the door. Initially the atmosphere wasn't low lighting and uncomfortable chairs made me feel unwelcome and almost made me consider leaving placing an order.The service was lacking too; it took ages to grab someones attention. When they finally did come around they seemed bothered by requests such, as water or a napkin. The food was definitely the aspect of my experience there. I decided to go with a dish assuming they couldn't go wrong with it. Sadly I was mistaken. When it finally arrived at my table it was cold and overcooked, with seasoning. It seemed like it had been left out for ages and I couldn't even bring myself to finish it. When I voiced my disappointment to the staff they didn't seem bothered and didn't offer any resolution. The prices were way too high considering the quality they offered – it felt like I splurged on a meal I wouldn't even give to my enemy. I would advise against going to Cafe Uziela for anyone, in search of a dining experience with food and service; it's best to avoid it altogether if thats what you're, after.
