Six of us wanted to have dinner at this pizzeria, including 2 children. We hadn't made a reservation and were standing in front of the door. We asked for a free table. The answer was that nothing was free and only possible with a reservation. There were 3 tables free outside and around 70% free inside. So I spontaneously checked online and reserved immediately. The operator's answer was that it didn't work that way and that the system had an error. But he addressed me by my name, which was on his screen. Ergo, no problem. He then refused to serve us, left us standing and left. Despite reservations and free tables, we were rejected!!! I don't have to eat in a store like this or leave any money. First and last attempt! Service: 1
