From 4 stars to 0 Star.. because i dont know who is the "SMART" person to name this item on your menu.. the item was "donair poutine". If you add the word "poutine" it automatically becomes fries with cheese curdes and gravy. So when you say donair poutine. I am expecting fries + cheese curdes + gravy + donair meat... its common sense. Yet what i got was fries with donair meat + onions + 1 or 2 random sauces. NOT GRAVY OR CHEESE. When i went to ask is wheres the gravy and cheese. The staff said this is what "donair poutine" is. ARE YOU SERIOUS??? so i had to pay $4 extra to get the gravy just so i can eat the dry meat and fries. Why cant you name it ultimate fries or delux fries or DONAIR FRIES? because thats what it was.. its not donair poutine without gravy and cheese. Youre misleading your customer on purpose! GOT TO ANY SHAWARMA PLACE AND ASK FOR A DONAIR POUTINE YOU WILL SEE WHAT IT IS AND THEN YOU CAN FIX THIS STUPID NAME OR THE ITEM YOURE SELLING. All i care about at this point is atleast 1 thing wil be fixed.. ruined my whole family's mood and food with this stupid dish. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30
