(REVIEWS PRIOR TO 2022 REFER TO PREVIOUS MANAGEMENT) as a resident of Impruneta, I Pini has become my favorite place. the location and climate make it a perfect place to dine in the summer, given that the trees and the Sante Marie mountain ensure shade and coverage well before sunset. however, since they will remain open even in winter, consider them for takeaway too the Roman pinse are excellent, soft but crunchy, just the right amount of bread with good quality ingredients. We happened upon this restaurant by chance upon arriving in Impruneta on a Sunday afternoon when many places were closed. The food, the wine, the warm staff were absolute heaven and so good that we made a point to return again on our last night. We loved everything we had. The warm bowls of soup were especially welcome after a long day. We highly recommend!
