The food is excellent here. The service was good. We had a Christmas dinner here and had a nice evening there. The dining room is simple and traditional. It was a little slow for the food to come out and our dinner took more than 4 hours. Other than that, it was great. Reasonable prices too.

Deborah Delgado from Lima and myself had a fabulous dinner on Dec. 14. The Chef Thomas Kurt and his outstanding crew of "e.t.a. Hoffmann" in Berlin-Kreuzberg: once again at their best. Ah, the fish dishes, the duck, the venison and all the rest plus champagne, white and red wine...the super professional Mrs Seebaum and her expert colleagues: Btw, during the past years I've been spoiled there on average twice a year, during my visits to Berlin. To me it remains Number One in Berlin.

It's a fancy place. The food tasted really good especially the main course . The vegetarian menu was great as well. The 4 meal course was unique. The restaurant staff was very helpful and the restaurant ambience was average. Overall the prices were a bit expensive but it was worth it
