I made a reservation a week ago for Sat brunch with my friends. I was coming from out of town and excited to experience a bit of home in a different city. Yhuuu bethuna!! Let me tell you about the LACK of service we received.
Our reservation was for 10h00, but due to Uber issues we unfortunately arrived 10 min late. Anywho, we get there and they are still mopping the floors with no care in the world. I explain that we have a reservation and we're asked to wait for a bit while they mop the floors, our table will be ready. We sit at a couch, and after about 10 min our drink orders are taken. We sat with those drinks for over half an hour. The staff in the restaurant didn't bother to check if we're still ok, do we want to order food, etc. After some time the waiter came to check in and I asked what's going on, cause we've been waiting for our table for some time and nobody is attending to us. Staff are busy cleaning, bringing in mirrors and glasses for what looks like will be a function later on. The waiter tells me we can't get a table, because they are all reserved. I ask how, because we made a reservation. He just shrugs. After over half an hour of watching them clean, all I got was a shrug.
To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. This is beyond shocking!!
