Excellent customer service and overall a very positive first experience. I ordered a Piccante gluten free 27cm pizza. The toppings were premium, but the crust was a bit overcooked and on the average side for gluten free. I requested that the pizza be cut, but they explained in the store that to avoid contamination with gluten they don't cut gluten free pizzas. They also explained that their business license doesn't allow customers to sit at the table inside, but there is a little park with seating next to the Glatt tram. FYI, from the Glatt tram walk away from the Glattzentrum to get to the pizzeria.
