The food tastes good, but only visit if you’re not in a hurry. The wait time is incredibly long; you can easily spend 30 minutes just waiting to place your order, even if there’s only one person ahead of you. And that’s every time I come here. A note to the manager: Is it possible to hire more staff or improve training? As I sit here, I’ve seen several potential customers walk in, then leave after waiting too long. I just visited your BarBurritto on boul Vanier at Gatineau ( Aylmer) Thursday 28 March at 17:00. there was no customer inside the restaurant. Two employees were working in the kitchen. At no time we have been acknowledged by either of the employees. One of the employees took a seat in the restaurant without acknowledging us. After a few minutes we left and the customer behind us left also. We went to the Sushi’s Shop instead for Dinner. Very disappointed with the poor service received and reception of the staff at this location during dinner time. The food is good however the service at this location is just not worth your money. I also raised my concern to BarBurrito directly and was not pleased with their lukewarm reaction . Service: Take out Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
