I waited 6 years for my engagement day… and unfortunately this place turned it into a very painful memory. The food was so delayed that the guests left before it was served, the prices were excessive, the deposit was not deducted at payment, and we didn’t receive a receipt. The venue had no proper lighting, and we weren’t allowed to play music even for such a special occasion. We tried to contact the restaurant after the event, but received no response. It has been over four months since the event, and I am still suffering emotionally. I am writing this so that no one else experiences the emotional pain I went through on what was supposed to be one of the happiest moments of my life. חיכיתי ליום האירוסין שלי 6 שנים… ולצערי המקום הזה הפך אותו לזיכרון כואב. האוכל התעכב עד שהאורחים עזבו לפני שהוגש, המחירים מוגזמים, הפיקדון לא נוכה בתשלום ולא קיבלנו חשבונית. המקום היה ללא תאורה מתאימה, ולא הורשו לנו להפעיל מוזיקה אפילו באירוע מיוחד כזה. ניסינו ליצור קשר עם המסעדה אחרי האירוע – לא קיבלנו מענה. עברו על האירוע יותר מארבעה חודשים, ועד היום אני סובלת מכאב נפשי. אני כותבת זאת כדי שאף אחד אחר לא יחווה את הכאב הנפשי שחוויתי ברגע שהיה אמור להיות מהיפים ביותר בחיי. استنيت هالمناسبه كثير سنين… وللأسف هذا المكان حوّله لذكرى مؤلمة. الأكل تأخر لدرجة أن المعازيم غادروا قبل تقديمه، الأسعار مبالغ فيها، ولم يُخصم العربون عند الدفع، ولم نحصل على فاتورة. المكان كان بلا إضاءة مناسبة، ومُنعنا من تشغيل موسيقى حتى في مناسبة خاصة كهذه. حاولنا التواصل مع المطعم بعد الحفل ولم يتم الرد. مر على المناسبة أكثر من أربعة أشهر، ولليوم ما زلت أعاني من ألم نفسي. أكتب هذا فقط كي لا يعيش أحد الأذى النفسي الذي عشته في لحظة كان يُفترض أن تكون من أجمل لحظات حياتي. אנחנו מצטערים מאוד לקרוא את חוות הדעת שלך על המסעדה שלנו. מובן לנו הכעס שלך על זה שמנהל המשמרת לא הסכים לנגן את רשימת השירים שביקשת בשל העובדה שהמסעדה הייתה מלאה באורחים אחרים. הדבר נבע בעיקר מחוסר תיאום ציפיות מראש. אנחנו תמיד נותנים אפשרות לנגן שניים שלושה שירים לפי הטעם של בעלי האירוע אך באותו יום השיקול של מנהל המשמרת היה מוטעה ואכן ביום המיוחד שלך אסור היה לגרום לך את אי הנעימות שהייתה ועל זה אנחנו מתנצלים. אחרי האירוע אבא שלך דיבר עם בעל המסעדה והוא התנצל בפניו על האי נעימות שהייתה וביקש לארח אותכם על חשבון המסעדה כפיצוי על מה שהיה. עם כל הכבוד לטעון שהמקדמה לא הופחתה או שלא קיבלתם קבלה הדבר לא נכון. ובאשר לאוכל זאת הפעם הראשונה שאנו שומעים טענות על האיחור בהגשת המנות. המוט שלנו הינו שכל לקוח שמגיע אמור לצאת מרוצה מאצלנו ואנו מתנצלים שלא היה כך במקרה שלך. מבטיחים לעשות מאמץ שדברים דומים לא יחזרו בעתיד
