Susi doesn't even deserve one star! Unfortunately, I had an incredibly bad experience at "Zum Bierkönig", which was entirely due to the employee Susi (the one with the dark-colored hair). While I found the rustic atmosphere of the restaurant and the prices quite pleasant, I have to realize with great horror that everything positive that I had on July 17th. could have found there, which was destroyed by the barmaid Susi. After Susi asked us to be quiet in the interests of the neighbors, especially when smoking outside the door, we showed understanding and from then on paid great attention to our volume. Unfortunately, from then on, Susi was on our nerves and was bothered by the volume of our conversations inside, the "noise" our beer glasses made when we placed them on the counter, and the noise of the dice cups with which we "shocked " played. For some inexplicable reason, Susi was convinced that we were trying to disturb her by being deliberately loud, and so she was cold, dismissive, and rude to us. Other patrons, particularly two older women sitting at the front left of the counter, agreed with us that Susi's behavior was disrespectful and that her accusations that we were being intentionally loud were unfounded. Of course, it's possible that Susi was just in a bad mood that evening, but her behavior went overboard and left a lasting negative impression on our minds, especially since her job involves regularly interacting with drunk guests should actually have the social and communication skills to master such situations confidently.
