They have gotten rid of the good sandwiches here. The lobster bisque is watered down, The bread is like half of what they gave you before and even the spoon is like small and flimsy. Total new ownership terrible job folks won’t be back again. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

I used to frequent Zoup! But haven’t been in a couple years due to relocation. Just order off of Uber Eats while visiting family and boy, they have really gone down hill! The Gumbo: low quality meat and the “broth” was closer to a gravy and completely inedible. Didn’t resemble a gumbo in the slightest. The Hot Italian Sandwich: very sad sandwich for $14. See picture/description on the app versus what I actually received. For a place that solely specializes is soup and sandwiches, they can’t seem to do either right. I would avoid visiting this location if in the area. Over priced and low quality ingredients that impact the flavour, taste and presentation. Service: Delivery Food: 1
