Good evening, I just got around to writing a “good review” about this establishment. Once again we visited this establishment on Monastyrskaya with children. How many times have we been left in complete shock by the serving of food and the behavior of the administrator towards the staff of the establishment and the guests in the establishment. The children wanted to sit next to the exit to the so-called summer veranda, because that’s their favorite place). We ordered drinks, salads, khachapuri, khinkali and shish kebab, waited about an hour and a half for pastries and khinkali, shish kebab for more than an hour. The salads were brought to us quickly, but I’m generally silent about the drinks. The children were ordered strawberry lemonade, which in the end was impossible to drink, just sour and water and some spoiled strawberries. We were pleased with the food, but not with our expectations. We told the administrator about the toilet, which was completely clogged and there was no toilet paper or hand towels, to which she looked at us with a boorish look and said, yeah, we’ll clean it up right now. The waitress was polite, often ran up to us and apologized for the long wait. This is the first time I’ve seen such an administrator who can’t solve simple questions, he’s even too lazy to come back and say sorry.
