We ordered delivery at 11:43 for 15:00. We were informed that the order would be delivered by +/- 10 minutes. At 15:15 they didn’t wait for the order and started calling them. We were told that in fact they told us when ordering that the delay could be 15-20 minutes. We were informed that the courier was delayed on the previous order and would be with us in 10-12 minutes. But the courier did not arrive after 10 or 15 minutes. As a result, after several conversations with messages that the courier was already turning into our yard, that the courier was approaching the door, that the courier was calling the intercom, the courier finally arrived at 15:46. We decided to refuse both the order and the services of this sharashka in the future.

Terrible delivery!!!! Recently, the order was placed at 16.00 for 19.00, delivered up to an hour late....the delivery admin is rude, does not explain anything.. ...he insists that the delay is possible 15-20 minutes.....the last time they were an hour and a half late .....no apologies....nothing....and pizza as a gift, the kids were waiting for it...forgot....be careful, never order here!!!!

We ordered a set at a discount for 990 rubles, the promotion was ordered at 15:55 2 hours passed, they called support and said: after 5 o’clock we have orders only by online payment (I chose cash with courier) although there were only 4 then the girl said that the number was indicated incorrectly and therefore they will not be delivered. In general, don't buy anything here. Ruined the evening.
