U wait 40 minutes for an order and it's horrid because u come from work at least expect to wait 20 minutes which is acceptable but omg really you 45 minutes no that's disgusting Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: R 400–450 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Fish Tales is losing out as my favorite to go to fish & chippy...pity I did not take pics to share! Dry fish and oily chips...tasteless - horrible chips. I would like the owner to have a meal..... and not one that is specially made for him, then see if he will be satisfied with it. I am supporting this establishment since they opened in Summerstrand Village - was happy to note that they are Sunridge too but, rethinking... - when asking why the calamari is so little compared to the last time, we got a click of a tongue
- staff speak to one another as if they are at home at a party
- when receiving the large chips, the paper packaging felt light and not enough to feed a family but the client next to us received a huge box - he was not of the same ethnic back round as we are
-our food has been dropped on the floor before in the kitchen and had to wait for more
-but what can we expect, this is South Africa now but it is not acceptable.
We shall not support them any more and we shall tell others about the horrid customer service
-customer service should be a passion not just your job, if you want the jobs then you need to do them properly
