Très bon repas. Le service est super. On a passé un bon moment. La cuisine était bonne. Les pâtes étaient très bien réalisées. Le serveur très agréable et à su nous aider à choisir un très bon vin local. Rien à redire ne mérite pas sa note de 2,9. Merci encore. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: TND 90–100

Their professionalism is matched only by their warmth, empathy, and ability to make every guest feel truly valued. They don’t just provide service they create an unforgettable experience filled with happiness and genuine care. Khalil and Ali consistently go above and beyond, delivering personalized service that feels like it was designed just for you. Their dedication to ensuring every customer leaves with a smile is unmatched. Honestly, if I visit Zafferano, again and again it’s because of them. The food, of course, is excellent perfectly prepared and flavorful but it’s the vibrant and welcoming atmosphere Khalil and Ali cultivate that makes every bite taste even better. Their passion and commitment transform a meal into a memory. A heartfelt thank you to Khalil and Ali for their tireless work, their kindness, and their unwavering focus on customer happiness. If there were a medal of honor for excellence in the restaurant industry, they would undoubtedly deserve it. These two people are professional, empathetic, loving, create happiness, and the list does not stop there. They go above and beyond restaurant service, they provide a custom service and try as much as they can to keep customer happy. If I go to that place it is only because they're there. Food is excellent and probably the atmosphere created by Khalil and Ali makes it even taste better. I thank them for what they do, how they work and how they try to please their customer with whatever they can. Bravo to Khalil and Ali.
