S'il vous arrive d'être proche de Ruhmeshalle und Bavaria, venez dans ce bar. Si vous n'avez jamais goûté la cuisine chinoise, venez à Yulan. La plupart des visiteurs de ce lieu disent que des dim sum délicieux sont offerts ici.

The food is really delicious. If you like spicy food and can handle the real hot thing I’d recommend Shui Zhu Niu Rou. Dim Sum are as well very good. I’mlooking forward to every trip there!

We’ve been a couple of times at Yulan Chinese Restaurant. Recent 2 times to have Chinese Hot Pot (火锅). Yes, Yulan is not only a Hot Pot restaurant, it offers a variety of Chinese dishes. Unlike most other Chinese hot pot restaurants in Munich, it doesn’t offer an „all-you-can-eat“ buffet. Instead you have the choice between the „Classic“ and „Top“ hot pot. As the „Top“ would probably be too much for us, we’ve always decided to go for the „Classic“. Here you get a selection of meat, fish, prawns, vegetable, mushroom, tofu as well as a selection of dips for the sesame sauce. An appetizer is also included. As far as I know, Yulan is the only restaurant that serves hot pot in the traditional Mongolian hot pot that means the you have to decide for one broth. All ingredients look fresh and so tastes the hot pot. The quality of the broth for the hot pot seem better than in some other restaurants too. I you prefer quality over quantity, this is the place to go. But be assured, you won’t leave the table hungry. If you prefer hot pot with both mild and spicy broth, you should probably better go to another restaurant that offer hot pot in modern pots with two sections for two different types of broth. Also if you like a huge choice of ingredients, a restaurant the has a buffet might be the better choice. Unlike many other Chinese restaurants, the interior design is modern and the atmosphere is very relaxing. Even the unique design of bowls and plates fits perfectly in a rounded overall picture. They offer a nice selection of aperitifs, (Chinese) spirits, beer (Tsingtao) and wine. Staff that is very friendly. This time Weronika a working student who was there for the third day was serving at our table. We felt very comfortable with her friendly and very good service under the guidance of the older staff. Please call in advance if you would like to have hot pot and then you’ll also get a bigger table. Finally I want to mention that free wifi is available.
