Never seen someone so rude working in customer service. I asked if I can have a bottle of water and another drink and the girl started screaming to me “no, no, no”. If you don’t want to serve tourists just say so and I will happily avoid you

I stopped here today for a coffee. I love coming here. There is always nice service and excellent cookies. But I am deducting a star because the manager should not save on workers. Poor waitress who went to eat today because she had a lot of people and she was there alone. It really didn't look good.
