Very unfriendly when picking up a parcel. When we walked in, the manageress was already irritated. It was a large package and I thought I would move closer so she didn't have to take it to the counter. Her response was: stay at the cash register in the future.

I don't often write a bad review, but with such an unfriendly and rude owner I almost have to. You should stay away from here. A good morning is indispensable and the only thing that comes out of her mouth when picking up a package is "postnl or bpost" and that's it. Then pass your package across the floor to you instead of simply handing it over like a normal person. Unseen this.
