Houses and shops stood alone and majestically, as if hinting that one should cook at home. Therefore, the openings of the last couple of months were a cafe in Sredneuralsk and “Japan Mama” in Verkhnyaya Pyshma. Let me tell you about Japan. No matter how difficult it is to expect any miracles from suburban chefs. But we decided to take a risk. The cafe is located next to a pharmacy (which could be alarming), and on the side it faces the windows of a residential building. The distances are so tiny that workers could pass orders to residents through a window. The atmosphere in the cafe is very cozy, clean, the air is fresh. The waitress said that the order would be brought in 40 minutes, although we only ordered rolls and some rice. It was upsetting. However, the order was brought in about 20 minutes. The food was authentic, like in a similar cafe in Yekaterinburg. But the rice with chicken tasted a little like a frying pan. It would be nice to update the frying pans. In general, everything (mostly) was fine until the moment of going to the toilet. The friend never figured out how to close the door and spent the whole process waiting for an unexpected invasion. I decided to clarify. In general, the doors to the toilet open and close according to the principle of Italian shutters. That is, you twist from below so that the pins at the top are screwed into the holes (see video). You can't figure it out on your own.
