I visited this restaurant before and had a satisfying experience, so I decided to bring my family yesterday. We were promptly seated, and our server brought the first round of drinks quickly. We ordered our food and asked for a second round of drinks for the kids to come with the meal.

When the food arrived, the kids still hadn’t received their drinks. We had to ask another waiter for assistance. Eventually, the drinks came, but our request for a glass of warm water was ignored. It felt like our table was nonexistent.

When we asked for the bill, it came promptly, but the card machine took forever. Despite the poor service, we still tipped our server. As we were leaving, we expressed our dissatisfaction. The server overheard us, returned with a sassy remark asking if her service was horrible, and then loudly said, “Okay, bye,” without acknowledging or apologizing for our complaints.

This experience, which was supposed to be enjoyable, was genuinely horrible.

Yami Rib & Burger the worst service I received and the attitude of the manager sucks. I ordered food via Mr D food I paid a good 170. 00 for a burger which I didn't mind. But only to receive my order the burger was supposed to be double patty it's one patty the sauce it's like vomit and when I called the managed told me that Mr D food guy might have removed one patty like how so we can literally be poisoned if the delivery guy can open customers food. How low and the lady have some nerve to yell at me. Service: Delivery Price per person: R 150–200 Food: 1 Service: 1 Recommended dishes: Burger

The waiters did not attend to us. We sat there for 10min and they kept on walking past us. So we rather leave and go to a place that can serve breakfast. The place wasn't even busy.
