French fries are available for 110 rubles. But they count it at 406 rubles. portion. I ordered 1 serving from the children's menu!!! We calculated 3 servings for 1200. How? They said that they didn’t understand and allegedly brought it to us from the main menu. And it turns out that in their main menu it costs 406 rubles. But no one explained or clarified this. The portion itself is small, just a little bit of ketchup. I have never seen French fries anywhere for 406 rubles. And the most important thing is this unpleasant surprise in the check and a blatant lie to your face. I think this is a scam! Because they said that our grandmother, while ordering for the children, showed “her finger from the main menu.” When I asked her, she said that she had never seen French fries for 406 rubles. She told them to bring 2 fries for the CHILDREN. The waiter simply lied. He didn’t understand me, it turns out, and didn’t see that I had a children’s menu in my hands (which he himself served to me a minute earlier) and lied that my grandmother showed him the potatoes from oseyunovnoye. This deliberate deception is very unpleasant!!!! And the fact that they lied to your face, they apologized for not understanding, but they never recounted it. We are frequent customers. And this has never happened before. We always order several dishes and almost always French fries for the children and the portion was the same and did not change this time and the presentation of the dish was the same as always. Only this time they paid not 300 rubles for 3 servings, but 4 times more for the same volume of dish and the same serving! No words! We won’t go again, mainly because of such lies! There is a lot to understand and accept the apology. But not a deliberate lie. It was April 22, 2024.

My husband and I came and really regretted it. They brought my husband’s order in 15 minutes, and in 40 minutes for me! We came together, naturally we wanted to eat together, and not separately and wait so long. We came in the afternoon, there weren’t too many people.
