Each visit creates a stir - everything is busy, there are no seats reserved, etc., although we sat a couple of times and there were a bunch of empty tables around during the two hours of our presence, only one was occupied)) it’s funny, with such competition, the hostesses do everything to turn the guest towards the exit and not find a table! ! There is something to compare with, already have a conversation with the staff! It’s not a very pleasant atmosphere, unfortunately, but the chefs are great)) Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

Hostesses are deceived out of the blue, I don’t understand the essence of this profession at all, and there are already 3 of them here! We came to the restaurant and ordered a table, since it was cold outside, we didn’t want to sit there, so we were offered to be seated in the hall, when we asked to sit on the veranda where all the tables were empty except for 1, we were told that in 40 minutes there were reservations for all tables and that they will all be busy in exactly 40 minutes, so we sat in the restaurant for 2 hours, ate, and the veranda was still empty. With all due respect to this establishment, I lower the score for the work of the Hostess, I consider this profession annoying for visitors and useless for the establishment itself.

Except never to come here again and not to recommend this place to your friends and acquaintances, I don't want anything. The level of service is not that 1, it goes into the negative. When other restaurants in Krasnaya Polyana recruit staff and operate with incredible speed, courtesy and openness, these same ones
