Hi Lauren, We are sorry to hear about your issue. Our free kid meal on Weekends has two conditions: 1. child must be presented; 2. Dine-in only. We checked our CCTV and talked with the duty staff, your first order paid at 12:26 PM, which is to go order; and your child came in and paid second order at 12:52 PM(30 mins later), we can not reopen a finished order and add a new item in. Free kid meal need to order in same one. And almost 10 mins later. A man hold a infant came in, we usually doesn't mention if baby is too young, but thank you let us know, we will mention that to all children of all age's parent in future. Our staff spent a lot of time with in explaining details to you but you have chosen to ignore them. I'd like to clarify that our price are correctly reflected in the system according to requirement of HD. if chose noodles instead or rice for kids meal, the final price are different. We strive to provide clear and accurate descriptions of our menu to avoid any confusion. We appreciate your feedback and will take it into consideration as continue to improve our service.
