My visit to Wirtshaus Mättle was an outstanding dining experience with excellent food and an accompanying selection of regional wines. The food was of high quality and showed the diversity of the regional cuisine. The accompanying wine advice was excellent and the selected wines went perfectly with the dishes. The staff was extremely friendly and competent, but it seemed a bit overwhelmed with the high number of guests. Nevertheless, this did not detract from the positive experience. The price might seem expensive compared to other restaurants in Germany, but the food, wine pairing and overall experience was worth every penny. All in all I can warmly recommend the Wirtshaus Mättle and will be happy to come back to enjoy the delicious food and fine wines again. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
