La livraison de plats est un atout majeur de Big Wing's. Ce lieu offre un service sympa à ses clients. La plupart du temps, on trouve ici une atmosphère belle. Mais cet endroit n'est pas hautement apprecié par les utilisateurs de Google qui lui donnent une note en dessous de la moyenne.

Went there to pick up a take out order and spent so much time waiting (at least 25min) when it was supposed to be ready when I arrived that I had to cancel the order. There was 5 other customers waiting and didn't look happy. The Manger working the front counter was short and snapped at the customers in person and on the phone. Also, he looked baked out of his mind. His eyes were "red as the sun" as they say. He was yelling at the cooks in the back who were messing up orders. The counter was covered with order slips. The worsed run kitchen I've ever seen and I worked in kitchens for over a decade. Service: Take out Meal type: Other Price per person: CA$10–20 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I ordered two hours ago but had not received my order yet, this is the fairlight location and whenever I try call them it just beeps like the phone is off the hook. It’s literally been two hours since I ordered and nothing has even been delivered yet. Waste of time. Guess I’ll cook my own meal. Would of ate already

It was my boyfriend and I's first time trying Big Wing's, and it was a fairly positive experience. We do recommend calling ahead of time when placing an order, as you will find yourself waiting upwards of 30 minutes if the restaurant is busy. It's quite clear that they prioritize online orders over walk-ins, as the restaurant tends to be very active during evening hours.That aside, the wings my boyfriend ordered were large, plentiful, and full of tasty flavour. He was very satisfied with his single portion of wings. I, on the other hand, ordered mozzarella sticks, and was quite disappointed when I opened the container. They were much smaller than the portion at Burger King, and it was evident that the sticks were undercooked -- the batter was soggy, and the cheese was not melted on the inside.Overall, I would give Big Wing's another go. The restaurant has an abundance of flavours and unique menu-items to choose from, such as tempting desserts and yummy-sounding sides. The price we paid was not overly expensive, but it definitely was not cheap -- adding up to $1 per wing. It's worth a second try, but I wouldn't necessarily wait in line for it.
