It would have been nice if you had stated that your restaurant was permanently or temporarily closed. Online reservations are accepted, confirmed by email and even reminded by SMS. There is nothing hanging on the doors or any other information. Not to mention the advertising in the parking garage. Maybe the organizational reasons were even one of the reasons why it had to be closed? Definitely very unprofessional.

Never experienced so much appearance as reality. Truffle pasta, without sauce, without a hint of truffle flavor, just oily pasta nicely placed on a plate. Not to mention the waiter, no cards, no asking if the food tasted good, after commenting that we missed the sauce and the taste, we only got the answer: I've only been back at work since yesterday, the food could have been refined... .and then left without comment. Disasters are becoming more and more common these days, for example at Wilhelm's Grill & Bar. If you feel the need to receive a lot of money and little service, you have come to the right place. Neither the taste nor the service was convincing, both were non-existent. On the other hand, there was overcooked/dried food, slow & poor service, moldy fruit, mice and fruit flies. Let's start with a reservation for 20 people, which was not known because an employment relationship with an employee had recently ended. Apparently reservations at this restaurant are so personal that departing employees simply take them with them. Even though after several back and forths we were able to get seats for all the guests, things only got worse from there. Another 60 minutes passed before drinks were delivered. Meanwhile, it was observed how other guests were having more problems with orders. The company's own orders continued with similarly consistently weak performance. Pasta was overcooked and meat dishes were dry instead of juicy. The only thing that is juicy is the prices on a stapled menu that apparently just came from the printer. At least it was a color print! The interior of the restaurant is just as broken as the hopes for a good evening. Some furniture is either worn or broken. Likewise, some salt and pepper mills are so defective that they fall apart into individual parts. Apparently the only things that were particularly impressed by the restaurant were the animals and mushrooms. Fruit flies surrounded the entire bar area and the fruits on display had already developed mold. There was one or two drinks including fruit flies (at no extra charge). When the kitchen closed at some point, the last employee decided to leave. The mouse left the kitchen towards the restaurant.
