This place looked closed this time when we were in town. We usual stay in the hotel upstairs when we visit family in chilliwack, this pub was a quiet neighborhood pub that was attached to a cute cafe and then it turned into a noisy night club that had people spilling into the streets and into their vehicles at various stages of sobriety. I'm really hoping it turns back into a version of its former self with some good pub food to fit the small town vibe of the historic main street it sits on.

Absolutely LOVE the Wellington Local House. We were in twice this week. First was on on wing Wednesday. Had amazing smoked wings and the hot sauce is soooo hot!!! The wings are different then anywhere else as they smoke them and do not use breading. I eat a lot of wings and these are hands down the yummiest and hottest around. Went last night and had the burger special which was delicious. (Only $10) You can tell it is a real burger with fresh meat. My partner had wings and pizza and both were delicious. Both times the live music and service were outstanding. Highly recommend. This place is a gem in Chilliwack and has a cool vibe. Look forward to returning and bringing more friends.
