We went there at 15:00 on 31/08/2024. We showed ourselves to a table outside. We've waited 20 minutes and then called a waiter. He came without menus and ask what we want to drink. We've placed our orders and asked for menus. We've placed our orders. When the orders arrived..... DISASTER! The cheesy garlic sauce was just 2 x cheese sauces, no garlic or garlic-cheese sauces. We've sent it back just to receive FROZEN garlic sauce and no cheesy-garlic sauce. I took the sauce back. Then when our sides were finished already, in came the sauce, lukewarm garlic sauce and the cheesy-garlic sauce. The one rump needed to be very well done, it was still raw and cold inside. We didn't want to send something back again, time wasn't on our side. And through this whole ordeal, the manager was hanging around..... DOING NOTHING ABOUT POOR STAFF PERFORMANCE Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
