Super unfriendly, it looked nice on the internet. But as i waited for food, the owner's dog kept farting next to me. Cute dog, but terrible smell. The scrambled egg egg was nice, the chilli chips for €6.50 were lukewarm. Cold on the outsid. Tried a few then I complained, which i rarely do, especially when hungry. The unfriendly waitress took it back and suddenly a very loud enyrance was made by a woman, seemingly the owner, she didn't introduce herself, but just claimed she haf tried the fries and disagreed. And just put the plate back on my table. Then she promptly left. Now her dog starts crying and begging for these fries.... And im about to give it to him. I ate the egg as fast as i could and wanted to pay, and told the waitress i would not want to pay for 6.50€ for a cold plate of not eaten chips. Suddenly a bald man who seems to be part of the furniture asks me what kind of weirdo i am, and another person asked or said something i could not understand, even though i speak german fluently. I wasnt sure if he was in a k-hole or had a mental health issue. Then the waitress started to grin and, in a somewhat threatening manner told me that "they" will be here any minute and that i will pay. I asked her who "they" are. She didnt reply, and when i asked again she told me the owner. I was somewhat relieved.It was in fact that lady who didn't introduce herself as the owner when slamming the chips back on the table and she said if o didnt wana pay she would call police, i told her i have bo problem with that and after a minute of a small argument over a plate of chips, she agreed to take the chips off the bill. Then accused me of ordering too much food and this being the reason for me sending it back. I told her i would go to a nice cafe now and eat that same amount again, because im a very hungry boy. I was in a rush so i even left a tip for their theatrical performance of a powertrip, she picked up the tips and threw them after me. I left, now sitting in a different cafe eating food, wroting this review. Maybe they will listen, i have seen their reply to a customer, (mistakes never happen?) Well in tiki heart cafe they seem to be making a lot of them at once... Im sure some of the food is nice, but there is no excuse if you try to intimidate or threaten your customers or make outrageous assumptioms about themThe endReply to your reply:I was in fact really hungry and went to a russian cafe and had a big plate of food. Dont worry i can really eat a lot. And i wasnt complaining about the price. But for 6.50 you can expect your chips to be hot. And no, they weren't. A good manager should take criticism in a good manner. Not intimidate the customers, and tell them that they are wrong. Plus i didnt eat half the plate, i ate 3 chips, then complained, then tried another one when you tried to tell me i was wrong. I would habe ordered another plate that size if you would yave given me something worth 6.50. Not luke warm chips.
