Wiesenhof is one of those places that seem to be open even at the strangest hours (okay, so most of them are based in hospital grounds so that does influence the hours), but that double espresso at 7:30 is always served super hot by friendly staff. The toasted sarmies are delicious (specially the toasted bacon and cheese), and the chocolate chip muffin is one of my favourites. It's never been dry and stale, I've always had good food, friendly and quick service. When at the hospital it's worth a visit.
