This is a rating based on the bakery section at Whole Foods. We had the New York Cheesecake with chocolate topping. It had a nice consistency of a cheesecake but the crust was soggy. I rate this dessert 4 out of 5. I have had other desserts from here and overall you can't go wrong when you're in need of a tasty dessert to bring to a party or special event. My favourites are the lemon cake (mouth watering) & vegan chocolate cake.

I shopped at the Whole Foods Market in Burnaby, BC, Canada on August 20, 2023. The customer service representative's attitude was horrible, and the store management team was even worse. Management team knows that no one can regulate them, no one will ever do anything to hear about customers' voice. That is why the store management team is so arrogant. I don't foresee any positive future for this store, and I have decided that I will never spend another penny on this brand again
