I went to the White Rabbit for the "Murder Dinner" event. The place is nice and welcoming, and the actors from the Corepix company are really competent, but unfortunately the experience was ruined by the poor organization of the place. We were a table of 4 and we sat down at around 8.15pm. The order was taken about twenty minutes later, but after the starter, the main course was brought almost at 11pm. For this reason, we could not enjoy the "show" as we were hungry and did not have time to complete the final part of the murder mystery dinner, i.e. filling out the form indicating the alleged culprit, as the dinner was brought to us precisely in the 10 minutes in which we had to fill out the form and conclude the game. To make matters worse, all 4 main course dishes arrived cold at the table. As if that wasn't enough, when we reported the problems encountered to the cashier manager, we were not offered any solution to remedy the problem (even a small discount would have partially compensated for the inconvenience) and we were told that "there were a lot of us" at the dinner with crime. Certainly, it was not our responsibility if the venue had not set a numerical limit on the number of participants at the dinner or had not organized itself so that the kitchen could correctly manage the number of participants. Finally, although I had pointed out that we had been charged for an extra bottle of water on the bill (at a cost of €3), this was not removed from the final bill. The total bill for dinner and a bottle of wine for 4 was 38 euros per person. I would have expected more professionalism and proactivity from the place in the face of the inconvenience suffered. I don't think I will visit this place again, and I'm very sorry because the company that staged the murder mystery dinner really deserved it. Vegetarian options: There were beyond meat options. Unfortunately that evening there had been a misunderstanding between the waiter who followed the dining room and the kitchen and the dishes all came out at the wrong times. The waiter was in his first week working with us and unfortunately, despite having given a pre-event briefing, he was unable to manage the evening. We are also sorry about the experience we had at the checkout, we have contacted the manager who was on duty that evening. We sincerely hope that you will be able to visit us again, perhaps on the occasion of another murder mystery dinner, to be able to demonstrate to you that it was just an unfortunate experience.
