C'est le meilleur lieu près de White Rock Museum & Archives. Les cuisines canadienne et indienne sont bien préparées à West Beach Bar And Grill. Le chef de ce lieu est renommé pour cuisiner un morue délicieux.
Des musiciens jouent de la musique live pendant la soirée. Un service énorme est toujours un plaisir.

Ordered cod filet & chips to take out and enjoy on the beach for the lovely sunny Wednesday. Server was nice and accommodating with the extra utensils. Fish & chips were tasty with the tartar sauce. Fries may have been a tad overdone but still had the crispy factor. A little surprised we couldn’t order pop for takeout though.

Met some friends for drinks and bite to eat. The place was empty. The service was ok but the food was awful. I ordered the Pacific cod fish taco. It was mostly shredded cabbage with barely any sauce so it was flavorless. The small piece of fish in each looked like the frozen kind you get at the supermarket and was way overdone. I suspect it had been microwaved for too long. The other members of our party were unimpressed with their nachos and didn't finish them. Another example of a White Rock restaurant that has gone downhill due to new owner ship .

Last time I was here was years ago and sat outside on a high stool to enjoy the water view. Stopped in on a Sunday morning while storm watching at White Rock beach. Could not see ocean as chairs were low so could have been in any restaurant. Place was cold and there coffee luke warm. Why open if your not ready with a warm environment and a hot cup of joe. There was a Xmas group breakfast planned that morning but no Christmas music just old rock and roll. The server couldn't find the remote to put on something more festive. I ordered a Denver omelette with sourdough toast the latter they were out of. Don't know how they're shredded hash browns are prepared as the were just a greasy dried out mound of what tasted like bagged potatoes. The omelette was Ok. Service was adequate. Stopped in for the view but without that, breakfast was ho hum.
