I had placed an order on uber eats on January 1st around 7pm and I got my order wrong. It seems I got another persons order by accident. The bag had my name on it. When I called Wendy’s spoke to the Manager on shift she said her name was Mehtab. I had explained to her I received the order wrong. She said it was the Ubers fault speak to the Uber driver. So I called the Uber driver to see what happened he said to me. I gave you the bag with your name on it that was the bag the Wendy’s staff gave me. So I called back, spoke to Mehtab she again said no we didn’t wright your name we just wrote your initials because we don’t get names on our end. So now I had to call uber delivery guy again now he was upset saying I never wrote your name they did at Wendy’s. At this point I’m very frustrated I just wanted my order that I placed to eat because my kids were very hungry. I spoke to Mehtab again she said oh we just wrote A.s and they received 2 orders through uber eats with the same initial she kept saying it wasn’t their fault it’s not their responsibility and how I should just complain to uber eats for a refund. She said we just wrote your initials no name now I had to ask her how would the uber driver know what is my order if you had 2 orders with the same a.s initials are you telling me the uber driver opened a sealed bag in front of you and wrote my name with the same black marker or chalk you wrote with? How would he know which order is which with out you telling him? Now she said yes the bag was sealed it wasn’t opened the other girl wrote it. So the whole time she kept making me go back and forth when all along she knew it was a blunder on their end and didn’t want to own up to it and had the Audacity to be rude on the phone with me and telling to just deal with uber eats and get your refund. Why am I as a customer stuck dealing with all of this nonsense. I have never come across such rude and horrible customer service. I asked her so your saying the other girl wrote it making it seem like she had nothing to do with this. Now does this other girl work on the streets or for Wendy’s at your store? She said she works for us so why would you make it sound like some random person on the street made some mistake like your not accountable . what made me the most upset is she kept saying. Go get your refund. Don’t you want your kids to eat now ? what do you want me to do? How can she say such things? It’s not uber eats fault you gave the driver the wrong order. She Wasn’t even the slightest bit apologetic for their mistake. All she had to say to handle this situation was we are so sorry that happened to you. What is it that we can do to make it up? Simplest way to handle a situations. Please teach your staff especially your managers what customer service is. Before giving the order out to the uber driver you could at least double check the drivers name. There was a sticker in the bag with the drivers name Andres but the driver that came to deliver my food was manulet. It’s not even the fact you got the order wrong I understand we are all humans and we make mistakes that’s not the point it was the rude behaviour that upsets me. How you can treat a paying customers with so much disrespect when you are clearly at wrong here. Clearly Mehtab doesn’t take her job seriously and her company’s reputation seriously. I’m just very disappointed with your service. Service: 1

This is a Wendy's/Timmy's combo location. Parking lot can get a bit narly during busy times due to the drive thru. Tables were kept cleared and mostly wiped down, which is not always the case at other locations. Food was good, order was quick.
