Ordered spicy chicken though the drive thru, got home and realized the burger was completely cold, my drive wasn't long to get home only driving to downtown. The lettuce Is always disgusting shivelled up pieces and the mayo is a tiny spot. Once ordered extra and the idiots loaded the whole top bun with it it had to be scrapped off. Honeslty, if they can't hire people that are properly trained whats the point of being open anymore. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I’m not the person to leave a bad review. But I wait 15 minutes in the drive through when I’m the only person there I only ordered a Poutine and Chicken Strips. When I order a poutine at any other Wendy’s the put a fork in the bag like they are trained. Nope no fork. Wow mind blown! Almost like that’s how eat it. Asked for honey, Drive Thru lady scowled back “anything else”, got honey mustard which is NOT honey, Wow mind blown. Not a single napkin either. Pathetic service. Embarrassment to other locations. Go to McDonalds instead. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Unbelievable customer service at Wendy's Summerside. Disrespect from staff. "I recently visited Wendy's Summerside and unfortunately, the service has gone downhill over the past few years. The cleanliness of the floors and counters is very poor. When I place my order I was told in a extremely rude way to stand over there, it shock me at first because I thougt she must be talking to someone else because of the disrespectful way she was speaking. The employee spoke to me extremely disrespectfully, and when I pointed this out, her response was, 'That's my culture, I speak to people the way I want.' When I brought this to the manager’s attention, he spoke to her of course she denied it that she had said it that way, when I didn't back down from her saying that she said it that way thats when she said it's her culture , but the experience left a very negative impression. I hope they take steps to improve their service and cleanliness." Always check your order as well you'll always be missing something from your order. Over price for cold food and terrible customer service. It doesn't matter what culture you come from treat people with respect! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
