La plupart des visiteurs de ce fast food disent que des hamburgers délicieux sont servis ici. Parmi les boissons, il y a une limonade immense. La livraison de plats est un atout majeur de Wendy's. La bonne note de ce lieu serait impossible sans un personnel beau. Un service rapide est toujours un plaisir. Une atmosphère plaisante a été remarquée par les clients. Mais les utilisateurs de Google n'ont pas donné une note élevée à cet endroit.

Have been a customer for a few years - drive thru only. Today I placed a mobile order and to pick up at drive thru. Was told that I have to to get it from inside the store. It is a one way lane. The staff is extremely rude and said “that’s the rule!” Came into the store. It was chaotic. Huge line up, everyone is waiting and looks like they messed up people’s order. Instead of giving them the code for pick up, they wanted to know “what did you order”. Will not come back especially during rush hour they are extremely understaff and the staff are not trained. Also, please don’t tell me to contact you and email you. I already wasted a min writing this review. After reading the reviews, I see that I’m not the only one w the same issues. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This afternoon I placed a mobile order and was on my way to pickup my order through driveway window. The customer service did not find my order on his screen, but later check my mobile phone that my order was actually placed with carryout. He told me I CAN'T pick up through drive through, but need to drive my car back to store into parking lot and go back to the store to pick up my order. However, I was not told there is no way to go back to store parking for this location, as it's one way lane. Following the customer direction, I almost had a car accident. After making back to the store, I just found my order was ready to pick up at the front desk and it's five step away from the drive through clerk. I don't understand that what makes it so hard that the driveway clerk can't pickup my order for me at driveway while provided an ill advise. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

This review really hurts to give because I truly believe that Wendy's has the best tasting drive through food in Canada. The burgers and fries are always yummy and the different options like chicken, chili, salads, and sometimes.... Rarely it seems these days... They have baked potatoes. It's a really great mix ... But what they don't have is customer service. And it seems to be from management more than anyone. My latest experience was I had to go to my closer location to grab a chili and potato. But they are out of potatoes... This happened the other day to me and then, I went across town to the other location (this one) and they had the potato. This time, they did not. The issue was the person taking the order asked me to wait when I drove up, so I did, no problem... They had to be busy... So I waited... Close to 4 minutes... A lineup of cars formed behind me... Finally when she asked if I wanted to order I eagerly obliged with my order... Immediately she snapped no potatoes.... And said something I couldn't understand... I asked if she could repeat and she said not for an hour... I'd never heard of this but I don't work there, so what do I know.... I changed my order to chicken strips and the chili... And she was just curt and somewhat rude over the radio... But I got my order in and moved on to the window. When I came up to the window I mentioned the interaction to my server and he immediately rolled his eyes in full understanding of who I was talking about and that it seemed to be a regular conversation he's had with customers.... When I questioned it, he said that she was his boss and he had to stay quiet.... I then said, no, that's not cool ... You should talk to her boss... And he said that's no use as that boss is on her side... So.. note to customers going to this location, the culture of the management is to do a job, not a service... And if you question what they do, you get in trouble. And this is what bothers me so much. I've worked over 30 years in retail and would have been fired immediately for this type of behaviour. In my current position, my HR Dept. Would be all over me and my manager if I acted like this... And yet at the restaurant with quite possibly the most potential of any other drive through restaurant has this happening... It's sad. Do better Wendy's! Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
