La cuisine japonaise est bien préparée à ce restaurant. Beaucoup de monde vient à WEN pour goûter un sushi délicieux. Un personnel instruit vous recevra chez ce lieu tout au long l'année. Un service luxueux est toujours un plaisir. D'aprés les visiteurs, il y a une atmosphère familiale dans cet endroit. D'après le classement de Google, ce restaurant a obtenu un score de 4.7.

I leave this review wishing me the best: I celebrated my last birthday here, I often come with a dear friend of mine and I've always had a good time, unfortunately this evening I had one of the worst experiences ever in a restaurant (regardless of its level), I felt humiliated and very sorry, overall nothing went well, we book for 4 people and two of us arrive about 45 minutes early and we suggest having a drink while waiting for the other 2. Long waits and somewhat annoyed ways of responding from the staff, I doubt there is communication between staff members. The table was booked and at 9pm we moved from the bar area where we waited standing a little longer because they were preparing the table which in theory was booked. We sit down for dinner and the atmosphere is always the same, we call several times to order, the first courses arrive but there is no drink and in short everything is executed in a very crude manner and not even remotely comparable to an experience of a pleasant evening that we Wait. At the end, a really serious comment that I don't feel like mentioning and then reported to the manager (I think Stefano, given that initially, I think he was making up for the non-presence of some staff member and he was the only kind person I spoke to) after having paid the bill at the cash desk (report made by my friend because I personally couldn't wait to leave and waited outside). I give 5 stars because I have always had positive experiences in the past and out of respect for the restaurant, for the investments and efforts of all the people who are committed to doing their best and making a difference, like Sara, the manager who is usually there and Unfortunately, this evening he was not present and in his presence I have always felt at home and extremely at ease. The food was good Personally I don't think I will return and in a way I'm very sorry. As initially anticipated, I hope that my experience was an isolated case and that it will not be repeated in the future with any other diners.
