If I could give minus stars, I would do so immediately. Last night I couldn't believe my eyes what kind of scenes (a tragedy) were taking place in this busy dive bar: the place was "run" on a Saturday evening by two very young girls who were not only intoxicated, but completely off the mark. One waitress in particular served guests with wide-open, rolled eyes and moved in a manner that is typical of those heavily addicted to drugs, talking to herself and saying nonsense. The guests seemed irritated, exchanged looks, but no one dared to say anything. Later, the second waitress poured me red wine, some of which went wrong, and made no attempt to wipe away the wine, which dripped onto my clothes. We then had to get toilet paper ourselves to clean our table. When I informed her of this, she just rolled her eyes. Scenes like those from Bahnhof Zoo in the 90s (...one of the girls seems to earn her main living with this type of work. She made no secret of that.) What the owner is thinking remains more than questionable. I have never experienced anything like this in a restaurant and have been to many countries around the world. I don't know if I should feel sorry or just think it's cheeky. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We'll hit your sheer hate backhanded into your shameless brain!More

We experienced an unforgettable evening in the picturesque atmosphere of the 'Weinverein Rote Insel'. The exquisite wines, carefully selected and expertly presented, delighted our senses. The service at the 'Weinverein Rote Insel' is another highlight. Attentive, knowledgeable and always ready to provide guests with an unparalleled experience. Our waitress - Sophie - seems to embody the philosophy of the house - the dedication to the world of wine and the joy of sharing this knowledge with guests. Overall, the 'Weinverein Rote Insel' exceeds all expectations of a wine bar. It's not just a place to drink wine, it's a journey for the palate and an ode to wine loving. This is where the art of enjoyment unfolds in all its facets. Thank you very much, we would love to come back! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
