Alle Jahre wieder ! Die beste Gans, die ich je gegessen habe. Trau mich seitdem in keinem anderen Restaurant eine Gans zu bestellen. Super Service. Due to the overall rating of 4.7 points and the many positive contributions, we thought that something special awaited us at Weinstube Brand. None of the dishes are for the small budget. In return, I definitely expect appropriate quality and creativity. All the food we were served was over-seasoned. You could no longer taste the main players on the plate. It's a shame, because the inherent taste of delicate foods is lost here. After looking up some older and new reviews and comparing the images of the daily cards with those of the current ones, I have to say that the compositions are more than unimaginative. The goose looked identically prepared six years ago (also identical side dishes). There should be more here for a company that has also been honored by the falstaff! We were also disappointed with the ambience. Starting with dirty seat pads (stains; you have to worry about your wardrobe) to the endless number of fruit flies that have settled on the corks of the fruit brandies. The service staff seemed to us like temporary student workers who were not attentive to the service. Mobile phone use included All in all, the price-performance ratio doesn't fit. If the food is priced like that, the service, ambience and culinary implementation simply have to be right. And we definitely have corresponding comparisons. The visit was disappointing!
