C ets vraiment honteux de ventre vos burger a un telle prix. J ai commandé sur glovos un burger a 109 DH. Oulahila on dirait un burger dial le snack de quartier. Le paint vraiment nulle et avec tellement de sauce qui n est pas fait maison. Bacon n a pas de gout. La viande sent mauvais. Et des potatoes qui sont tellement épicés que tu peux pas les manger.

This is probably one of the worst customer experiences I've had so far. I still can't understand how a restaurant would employ staff who clearly hate being there. The waiter was cold, never smiled, and her attitude could easily be interpreted as rudeness. I've been there many times, but the attitude has always been the same. The last time, I was served a chicken burger with undercooked chicken it was visibly raw. After the first bite, I was sure it wasn't cooked properly. I called the waiter to show her, and she took it back, only to return and insist that it was cooked, even claiming she ate it herself to confirm. But what about my experience? What about the uncooked chicken I had to taste? She kept insisting it was fine, even though it clearly wasn't, and eventually offered to bring me something else instead of the meal I had initially wanted. I'm never eating there again, even though the burgers are good. The staff should be chosen more wisely because they can drive customers away for good.
