If you want i can send you the copy of your order receipt which contain 2 burgers and drink and specialty fries. So 4 items you paid $36 not for only burgers and fries. I am not able to insert the pictures here otherwise i will insert the pictures which shows the floor when you came to the store there was only 1 piece of receipt paper on the floor if you think that's dirty sorry for that on the flat top as we don't use the stove we keep the utensils what we need to press the petty and flip the patty as we can not use our hands to press and flip the petty. We don't use any seasoning on our petties but you tell the front team member we will more then happy to add salt and pepper to your orders it is not an issue for us. On front counter we keep the plates which needs to be sanitized before we use them again. Thank you for your visit.More
