We are sorry to hear that your visit did not meet your expectations, especially after your positive memories of your previous visit. We would like to take this opportunity to clarify a few points: 1. Table reservation: We have tried to accommodate your requests regarding the placement of the table (by the window or in the corner). The table was prepared and pushing the tables together was just a small adjustment that was done quickly. We're sorry if this wasn't what you expected. 2. Atmosphere: All of our heaters were on and we even provided an extra lamp to make the room comfortable. Unfortunately, with a large group like yours, frequent opening and closing of the door can cause a cold draft. However, we will look at how we can create an even warmer atmosphere in the future. 3. Food: Our dishes are freshly prepared and some, such as lamb chops or lamb skewers, require time to cook to perfection on the grill. We have tried to serve the dishes as quickly as possible and regret that there have been any delays. The error in the order was caused by a misunderstanding, which we corrected immediately. 4. Service: Our team always works to provide all guests with pleasant service. We're sorry if you felt differently. We will use your feedback to continue improving. 5.
