I had an unfortunate experience at this coffee shop. When I asked the manager about an item on the menu, he responded curtly, saying they don’t provide that service and spoke to me in a rude manner. When I tried to understand his reaction and asked why he was upset, he simply looked at his phone, completely ignoring me. Attempts to reach out to the owner were equally dismissive. It’s disappointing to be treated with such an attitude in what should be a welcoming environment. Service: Dine in Meal type: Brunch Price per person: E£100–200 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
